Mirror™

ESS Mirror™

 Ultra-Fine CNC Polishing Fiber Tools

ESS Mirror™ tools are engineered for ultra-precision polishing and finishing on CNC machines, robotics, and automated equipment. Built from high-density, ultra-fine ceramic fiber filaments, Mirror™ tools produce a uniform, high-gloss surface finish while preserving geometry, edge detail, and dimensional accuracy.

Where abrasive brushes remove burrs, ESS Mirror™ refines and perfects surfaces — delivering a mirror-like finish on metals and engineered materials.

Process Recommendations

  • Run with light surface contact
  • Short dwell, uniform strokes, or light adaptive sweeps
  • Coolant or mist recommended for best finish life and thermal control
  • Use after burr removal brushes for best aesthetic and Rz improvement

Typical parameters: moderate spindle speed, light pressure, short cycle time (adjust to part hardness and finish target).

ESS Mirror™ provides:

  • Controlled, repeatable surface refinement
  • High-gloss metallic finishes
  • Geometry-safe edge integrity
  • Automation-grade polishing

Designed for manufacturers who need precision surface refinement without handwork.
